Vegetable farm workers, Laidley QLD

Lerch Farms is hiring 30 seasonal workers for vegetable production in the Laidley area. You will help with planting, weeding, harvesting and packing broccoli, cauliflowers and other vegetables.

The work:

• Seven to eight months, starting March 2027
• Mostly Monday to Friday, some weekends
• Start around 6.00 a.m., outdoors in all weather
• Harvesting uses provided cutting knives
• Packing involves heavy lifting
• Physical work, but no experience needed

Pay and hours:

• $32.18 per hour
• Minimum 30 hours per week
• Casual employment under the Horticulture Award 2020

Motivated workers who can learn quickly, work in a team, and work with accuracy and speed. Training will be provided.
