When and where
The main grape regions are Mildura and Sunraysia in Victoria, the Riverland in South Australia, Griffith and the Hunter Valley in New South Wales, the Barossa Valley, and Margaret River in WA. Most harvest happens February to April. Table grapes and wine grapes both need pickers.
The work and the pay
