Workfront is hiring 5 process workers and loaders for a commercial egg processing facility in Buchanan, NSW. This is casual labour hire work.

The roles:

• 4 process workers on the grading floor, packing eggs and keeping up with production
• 1 loader/carousel operator, loading, wrapping and stacking pallets (heavier manual handling)

What you will do:

• Grade, pack and prepare eggs for distribution
• Check product quality and presentation
• Load, wrap and stack pallets
• Operate grading and packing equipment
• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe
• Follow workplace health and safety and biosecurity procedures

What we need:

• Experience in food processing, production, packing or similar fast-paced roles is highly regarded
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks, bending, lifting and standing for long periods
• Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Own safety boots and high-visibility work shirt

Important biosecurity requirements: You must not have regular contact with birds or pigs outside work (including pets at home), and must not live with someone working in another poultry or pig operation. You must comply with all on-site biosecurity procedures, including showering before each shift if required.

When and where: Monday 2 November to approximately 4 December 2026. Hours 7:15 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday with one rostered day off during the week.
