Jobs Australia Enterprises is hiring 45 horticultural workers for properties in and around Innisfail. The work starts in February 2027 and runs for up to nine months.

You will pick, pack and manage crops of bananas and various other fruits and vegetables. Work is mainly outdoors in all weather conditions. You may work 5-7 days per week, with hours varying daily but averaging at least 30 hours per week. Rosters change regularly, so you need to be flexible.

This is physically demanding work. You will be on your feet for extended periods doing repetitive manual tasks. You must be physically fit, reliable, committed and able to work quickly and accurately. You will need your own reliable transport.

Pay is $32.18 per hour under the Horticultural Award 2020, Level 1 Casual rate. Training and upskilling opportunities are offered to suitable candidates.
