Jobs Australia Enterprises is hiring 15 crop farm workers for berry farms in the Coffs Harbour area. Work starts December 2026.
The work:
- Picking, planting, packing and general crop management of berries
- Mostly outdoors in various weather conditions
- Full-time, 38 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Generally 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though hours may change with harvest needs
- Paid at hourly award rate, plus piece rate during peak harvest
What you need:
- Full working rights for Australia
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Physical fitness for demanding work
- Ability to do repetitive manual tasks quickly and accurately
- Flexible availability
