Canex Resources is hiring 20 casual crop farm labourers for Beerwah and surrounding regions in Queensland.

The work includes:

• Manually harvest vegetables by hand or using hand tools
• Sort, clean, and pack produce in the field
• Load harvested produce into bins or trailers
• Maintain cleanliness of the field and equipment
• Assist with planting, weeding, thinning, and general field maintenance
• Follow all food safety and farm hygiene practices

What you need:

• Good physical fitness – you will be on your feet and active most of your shift
• Ready to work long shifts of 10 hours a day
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Neat and tidy

The role:

Work on average 30 hours per week from October 2026 to October 2027. Working hours vary from 6am to 6pm, 7 days per week. You will be paid under the Horticulture Award 2020 at $32.18 to $33.05+ per hour. Overtime rates apply where applicable. You may receive additional allowances if trained in extra tasks. All training is provided.
