DK JT KN Tucker runs a horticultural business in Capel River and is hiring fulltime fruit farm workers for immediate start.

The work includes:

• Fruit tree pruning
• Training young trees using different techniques
• Fruit harvesting
• Reticulation maintenance
• Tree nursery work (weeding, digging, sprinklers and dripper maintenance)
• Farm machinery operation
• Grading, sorting and packing fruit into trays or boxes

What to expect:

• Early starts and long days
• Physically demanding work outdoors in all weather
• Repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Rainy days and temperatures over 30 degrees

You should be:

• Fit and healthy
• Positive with a “can do” attitude
• Willing to work in a team
• Self-motivated

Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and health assessment are required.
