Beef cattle farm worker, Manypeaks WA

A progressive Angus seed stock operation in the Great Southern region is looking for a dedicated beef cattle farm worker. This is a permanent full-time role with immediate start.

What you will do:

• Daily cattle care: health checks, feeding, watering, and assisting with veterinary work
• Support calving operations and breeding programs
• Rotational grazing and pasture management
• Fence and yard maintenance
• Operate farm machinery including tractors and quad bikes
• Cattle handling, mustering, and movement using low-stress techniques
• Keep livestock records and follow biosecurity protocols

What you need:

• Minimum 1 year experience in beef cattle farming or livestock handling
• Strong animal husbandry skills and understanding of cattle behaviour
• Farm machinery experience (tractors, quad bikes, feed wagons)
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with good communication skills

Salary is $80,000 – $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on skill level.
