Wolfies Farms is a family-owned sweetpotato farm in Rossmoya with over 60 years of experience. They are hiring a Mobile Plant Operator for full-time permanent work.

Your role:

• Operate tractors and mobile plant machinery including bedformers, rippers, ploughs, cultivators, spray units, forklifts, and harvest-assist equipment
• Perform pre-planting, in-crop, harvest, and post-harvest field operations
• Mix and apply chemicals in compliance with label directions and Freshcare/HARPS requirements
• Conduct daily pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs
• Maintain accurate records of machinery use, chemical application, and maintenance activities
• Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and farm compliance requirements

What we need:

• Relevant qualifications and/or practical experience in agriculture or machinery operation
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Safety-conscious and solution-focused approach
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards and compliance
