Fruit farm pickers, Pemberton WA

Millwood Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Delroy Orchards, is looking for full-time fruit farm pickers in the Donnybrook and Pemberton regions of Western Australia.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise packhouse floor operations and manage multiple production lines
• Coordinate with team members to meet packing and dispatch targets
• Operate and monitor packing machinery, including setup and calibration
• Tally fruit consignments and maintain stock control records
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and food safety standards, including labelling and documentation
• Train new staff in packing procedures and workplace health and safety
• Sort, grade and package avocados to customer specifications on the pre-pack netting line

What we’re looking for:

• Previous or relevant experience in horticulture (preferred)
• Good physical fitness and ability to work hands-on
• Positive attitude and willingness to get involved
• Team spirit and ability to work well with others
• Self-motivation and strong work ethic

Pay is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. You’ll need to be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and a health assessment.
