Todaro Group Pty Ltd is hiring 10 farm labourers for casual work in horticulture at Cora Lynn, Victoria. Work starts December 2026.

The role

You will pick and pack crops, and do general farm duties including planting, growing, harvesting, crop maintenance, and cleaning work areas. You may also get training in forklift operation and other farm skills if you show aptitude.

Hours and conditions

Typical hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, up to six days a week. Start and finish times vary with the season, weather and crop needs. Weekend work may be required during peak harvest. Minimum 30 hours per week.

The work is outdoors in all weather. It is physically demanding and involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and repetitive manual tasks.

Pay

Level 1: $32.18 per hour. Level 2: $33.05 per hour. You may progress to Level 2 based on skills, experience and performance. Harvest picking and packing may be done on piecework rates, which are set to ensure you earn at least the minimum award rate.

Requirements

You must be reliable and physically fit. You need to be willing to work flexible hours including weekends. You will need a current Police Check and must agree to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
