Programmed is looking for a Machine Operator and Pick Packer for afternoon shifts, 3pm to 11pm, at Mawson Lakes.

What you will do:

• Operate and maintain machinery used in production
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Prepare orders for shipment with labeling and packaging
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety protocols

What we need:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
