Global Harvesting Pty Ltd is hiring 100 fruit and vegetable farm workers for farms around Toowoomba and Crows Nest. Work starts late September 2026. You need to commit to the full 9-month season, with a minimum of 5 months.

What you will do:

• Pick various berries and citrus
• Prune and thin plants
• General farm labouring as needed

What we need:

• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
• Work well in a team
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and lifting for long periods
• Physically fit for demanding outdoor work
• Willing to do repetitive tasks

Hours and pay:

Casual work, around 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday normally, up to 7 days during busy times. Work is 7am to 3pm usually, but may change. Paid as piecework or by hourly award rate under the Horticulture Award 2020. No experience needed, training provided.
