Oldfield Farms is hiring a full-time Agricultural and Horticultural Mobile Plant Operator at their property on South Coast Highway, Munglinup.

The work:

• Operate tractors, loaders, harvesters, sprayers, mowers and other farm machinery
• Prepare soil, plant crops, cultivate, fertilise, spray and harvest
• Select and adjust implements and attachments for different tasks
• Inspect, clean, service and maintain equipment
• Identify faults and do minor repairs
• Keep records of work, maintenance and hours
• Work safely and follow health and safety rules
• Coordinate with managers and other team members

What you need:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance and repairs
• Good teamwork and communication skills

The role:

Full-time permanent position, at least 38 hours per week. Salary $70,000 – $90,000.
