A large-scale farming enterprise in Munglinup is looking for an experienced agricultural and horticultural mobile plant operator. This is a full-time permanent role with immediate start.

What you will do:

  • Operate mobile plant machinery including tractors, loaders, excavators and spray rigs across cropping, livestock and horticultural sites.
  • Work with specialised attachments like slashers, seeders, front-end loaders and post drivers.
  • Support livestock operations with hay baling, silage compaction and feed machinery.
  • Conduct pre-start checks, monitor equipment and perform routine servicing.
  • Work with farm supervisors and agronomists to prioritise tasks like irrigation, weed control and infrastructure projects.
  • Work independently during remote operations while maintaining communication with managers.

What you need:

  • Relevant qualification plus minimum 1 year full-time experience operating mobile plant in farming.
  • Proficiency with tractors, loaders and attachments.
  • Strong commitment to WorkSafe standards and farm safety protocols.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work long hours during peak seasons.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in broadacre cropping or livestock support operations.
  • Exposure to horticultural machinery or interest in tree crops.
  • HR/MR truck licence for machinery relocation between properties.

The farm operates mixed cropping, livestock and emerging horticultural systems with a focus on regenerative agriculture.
