Kariana Pastoral is hiring a Senior Dairy Cattle Farm Worker for their Mayrung NSW farm. This is a permanent full-time role.
You will lead the milking routines, manage the herd, monitor herd health, and support the calf rearing program. You’ll also operate machinery for feeding, bedding, and pasture maintenance. You’ll mentor junior staff and maintain safety and cleanliness in the shed.
What you need:
- At least AQF Certificate III or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years hands-on dairy experience
- Ability to lead, train and support a team
- Confidence operating tractors and loaders
- Strong work ethic
The salary is $65,000-$75,000 per annum depending on experience.
