Bundy Berries Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Farm Supervisor to manage berry and snack tomato operations in Sharon, Queensland.

You will work on site, reporting to the on-site manager. Your main job is to train, upskill and supervise the labour force, including external contractors, through the growing and harvest seasons.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Help recruit, train and direct farm workers throughout the year
  • Work with the Farm Manager and Directors on planning tasks
  • Keep proper records of work done by casual workers
  • Manage rosters and performance across different crews
  • Provide regular updates on harvest volumes and quality
  • Respond to service issues and provide technical solutions

What we need:

  • At least 5 years on-farm experience with strawberry, raspberry and snack tomato crops
  • At least 3 years managing crews of planters and pickers
  • Hands-on experience with data recording systems for piece workers
  • Ability to communicate with diverse workers during busy seasons
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Willing to obtain a current Police Check

Working conditions:

This is a full-time on-site role. You will need to be available when crops demand it, which may mean early starts during some stages. You may be required to work weekends and outside ordinary hours depending on crop status.
