Nutrano Produce Group is hiring a farm hand for their Gin Gin location. This is a permanent role starting around November 2026, for up to 4 years.

The work:

• Crop pruning and thinning
• Weeding
• Tractor and machinery operation
• Crop irrigation and herbicide application
• Fruit picking, packing and sorting

This is outdoor, physically demanding work. You will do heavy lifting, reaching, bending, standing and walking. Early morning starts are required. Hours are 38 per week, but weekend and night work may be needed depending on the season. You may be asked to work at other Nutrano sites in Victoria or the Northern Territory.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team
• Ability to commit to the full placement
• Full Australian working rights for the entire employment period
• Relevant licenses for tractor and machinery operation
• You must arrange your own accommodation

No previous skills or qualifications are needed. Training will be provided. A pre-employment medical and screening will be required.
