Everest Harvesting Group is hiring 13 harvest workers for farms in the Stanthorpe region. This is a permanent full-time role starting around 20 November 2026, with a 2-year contract.
The work:
- Picking and packing berries, avocados, mangoes, citrus and apples
- Sorting and packing produce for transport
- Operating farm equipment like picking carts and ladders
- General farm duties including sowing, planting and watering
- Maintenance tasks and keeping the work area clean
What you need:
- Australian working rights
- Physical fitness for manual labour in all weather conditions
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Attention to detail and good teamwork
- Farm experience is desirable but not essential
You will work an average of 38 hours per week at $26.44 per hour under the Horticulture Award. If you are relocating from outside Stanthorpe, you must show commitment to living in the area for the duration of employment.
