Bulmer Farms is one of Australia’s leading vegetable growers in the Lindenow Valley, East Gippsland. They are hiring up to 10 permanent full-time harvest and processing workers.

Harvest Worker duties:

• Cut, pick or machine harvest vegetables safely and efficiently
• Follow food safety practices
• Care for crops as directed by your supervisor
• Use knives and harvest machinery responsibly
• Follow all OHS and Worksafe guidelines

Processing Worker duties:

• Box making, packing and stacking boxes for delivery
• Operate wash line machinery safely
• Follow food safety practices
• Use equipment responsibly
• Follow all OHS and Worksafe guidelines

What they are looking for:

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

These are physically demanding roles. You will stand for long periods and do repetitive manual work. Pay is set by the Horticulture Award 2020.
