Tractor and harvester operator, Margaret River WA

TeamsWork Services is looking for an experienced tractor and harvester operator to work full-time in Margaret River’s vineyard and horticultural operations.

What you will do:

• Operate tractors and grape harvesters safely and efficiently
• Prepare and cultivate land, sow seeds and apply fertiliser
• Harvest wine grapes and other crops
• Operate front-end loaders and excavators
• Conduct routine machinery inspections, servicing and minor repairs
• Calibrate machinery to ensure accurate application of seeds and fertiliser
• Adjust harvester settings to suit vineyard conditions and minimise crop damage
• Keep accurate records and prepare operational reports
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What you need:

• Certificate II or III in machinery operation, or at least one year of full-time work experience as a tractor or harvester operator
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Willingness to work cooperatively with others

What we offer:

• Full-time permanent position, 38 hours per week
• Salary $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation
