STAFF HARBOUR PTY LTD is recruiting an Irrigationist for a horticultural farm near Coffs Harbour. This is a permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week.

Your work:

• Manage and maintain irrigation systems across the farm.
• Determine hydraulic parameters and implement water management strategies.
• Schedule irrigations based on crop and environmental needs.
• Select, operate and manage pumping systems.
• Interpret and apply irrigation designs.
• Supervise irrigation system installations, maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor irrigation performance and identify faults or inefficiencies.
• Maintain records of irrigation schedules, water usage and system maintenance.
• Ensure irrigation practices comply with operational and environmental requirements.

What you need:

• AQF Certificate I or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in irrigation, agriculture or horticulture.
• Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation systems, water management and pumping systems.
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply. Overseas applicants must hold a suitable skills assessment where required.

Pay and conditions:

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
