R Vashist & V Vishawjeet are looking for an experienced Horticulture Farm Manager to run their horticultural farm near Coffs Harbour.

What you will do:

• Manage crop cultivation, harvesting and post-harvest activities
• Plan and monitor farm production to meet targets
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure produce meets standards
• Supervise farm staff and allocate work tasks
• Monitor farm equipment, facilities and infrastructure
• Keep production records and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and agricultural regulations
• Work with suppliers and contractors

What you need:

• AQF Diploma or higher in Agriculture, Horticulture, Farm Management or related field
• At least 2-3 years experience in horticultural production, farm operations or agricultural management

The role:

Full-time, permanent position. 38 hours per week. Salary AUD $80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
