Fruitico operates three table grape farms in Western Australia. They are hiring 100 casual farm workers for pre-harvest and harvest work from October 2026 for up to 9 months. Work is across their Hamel and Meelon locations.
What you will do
- Prepare vines for harvest
- Pick table grapes
- Leaf plucking and bunch work
- Pruning and planting
- General farm maintenance and cleaning
- Work in the packing shed
Hours and conditions
Work starts between 05:30 and 07:00am. Finishing times vary depending on the season and operational needs. Some days work ends when the sun goes down. The farms operate 7 days a week during harvest, so you may work weekends. All work is outdoors.
Pay
Casual hourly work pays $33.05 per hour. Other work is paid at piece rates. All piece rate work has a minimum pay guarantee of $33.05 per hour.
What you need
You must be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical. You need your own reliable transport to and from work and your own local accommodation. You must be available to work at least 30 hours per week and be willing to work weekends and overtime.
