Berry farm labourers, Caboolture QLD

Queensland Berries Employment is hiring 200 berry farm labourers for their Caboolture site. These are permanent fulltime positions for a minimum of 12 months, commencing October 2026.

The work:

• Picking and packing ripe berries for local and interstate markets
• Assisting the production line in the strawberry packing facility
• Planting, trellising and field maintenance
• Working safely in the field as part of a team

What they want:

• Energetic and positive attitude
• Physically fit and healthy
• Safety conscious
• Able to work a 6-day rolling roster, available 7 days per week
• Able to relocate close to Caboolture or live locally
• Previous experience preferred but not essential

Pay and conditions:

You will be paid under the Horticultural Award Level 1, using piece rates. The faster you pick, the more you earn. Payslips are sent fortnightly by email and include superannuation details. All working conditions follow the Horticulture Award. There may be opportunities for further training and upskilling.
