Global Harvesting Pty Ltd is hiring 200 fruit and vegetable farm workers for farms around Gin Gin. Work starts late September 2026 for the full season, around 9 months, with possible extension.
What you will do:
- Pick various berries and citrus
- Prune and thin plants
- General farm labouring as needed
Work details:
- Casual employment, paid as pieceworker or by hourly award rate (Horticulture Award 2020)
- Average 30 hours per week
- Work Monday to Friday, up to 7 days a week during busy times
- Usual hours 7am to 3pm, may change with farm needs
- Minimum 5 months commitment required
What we need:
- Physically fit for demanding outdoor work
- Able to stand, walk, bend and lift for long periods
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, climbing ladders
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Team player
- Experience helpful but not required. Training provided.
