Global Harvesting Pty Ltd is hiring 200 fruit and vegetable farm workers for farms around Gin Gin. Work starts late September 2026 for the full season, around 9 months, with possible extension.

What you will do:

• Pick various berries and citrus
• Prune and thin plants
• General farm labouring as needed

Work details:

• Casual employment, paid as pieceworker or by hourly award rate (Horticulture Award 2020)
• Average 30 hours per week
• Work Monday to Friday, up to 7 days a week during busy times
• Usual hours 7am to 3pm, may change with farm needs
• Minimum 5 months commitment required

What we need:

• Physically fit for demanding outdoor work
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift for long periods
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks, climbing ladders
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Team player
• Experience helpful but not required. Training provided.
