Windermere Farms WA is a grain and cattle producing enterprise based in Lake Grace. We are currently seeking staff for the 2026 grain season and beyond.

This role would suit a mature-age couple with solid agriculture experience.

We can offer flexible arrangements:

1. Full time
2. Seasonal seeding and harvest with part-time roles as required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence
• MC licence with experience is a definite financial advantage
• Competent operating modern farm machinery including John Deere guidance systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude is essential. You should be capable of servicing and maintaining your own vehicle and equipment. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• Comfortable and confident working with cattle
• Strong, reliable work ethic with a clean and tidy appearance, with the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
