• We are looking for a Livestock Farmhand to join our team at Wannon Pastoral Company (WPC). The property runs a 50-50 split between Wairere Romney ewes and Angus cows.
• WPC strives to operate with best practice livestock and pasture management as well as being a rewarding place to work. WPC is committed to upskilling staff during their employment.
• Valid car drivers license.
• Sound stockmanship skills for livestock handling and mustering; good working dogs required.
• Operating farm machinery; eg motorbikes, tractors, mixer, loaders, augers etc. Checking oils, greasing and basic maintenance
• Remuneration: A competitive salary package is to be negotiated based on experience. Comfortable 3 bedroom house on farm is included.
