• Experience with pruning, hedging, weeding, and chemical weed eradication
• Confidence using standard landscaping tools and small machinery
• Above-award pay based on experience
• Paid training and tickets (ACDC, Traffic Management, etc.)
• Safe operation and basic maintenance of machinery
• Open car licence (no interlocks or learner permits)
• Able to communicate effectively in English to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Physically fit, punctual, reliable and ready to work in all weather
