• Reporting to the Farm Manager, your role includes:
• Operating a modern fleet of John Deere tractors, pickers, headers and other farm machinery and equipment
• General farm duties and maintenance
• Your Skills and Experience 
• Experience in tractor operation and set up of cropping plant & equipment.
• Experience using earthmoving machinery, graders & excavators, not essential but an advantage.
• Effective communication with farm staff and the management team.
• A hands-on approach and ability to perform repairs and maintenance of farm machinery & equipment when needed.
