March Talent Partners is hiring for Assistant Farm Manager near Mount Harris NSW. This is a full time farm work listing, with pay listed as $100k – $130k + Super + car + house + bonus.

Lead cotton and cropping as 2IC on a scaling Macquarie River operation, and be backed to grow into Farm Management.

• You will work closely with the owner, reporting to him directly. The role leans operational early on, and your input on rotations, crop choices and budgeting will grow as you do.
• – Work Safely. Maintain safe practices across all operations and support health, safety and environmental compliance.
• – Hands-on operating experience in irrigated cotton and dryland winter cropping, with a few production cycles behind you. Cotton experience is the preference.
• – Mechanically minded, able to keep machinery going and troubleshoot in the field. A trade qualification is not required.
• – The drive to take ownership of the cotton and cropping operations, with the appetite to develop on crop planning, commercial input and day-to-day decision-making.
• – Current driver's licence.
• – Package. $100k – $130k base + Super and a work vehicle, with the range reflecting experience.
