🚜 Farmhand – Mixed Cropping & Livestock Operation
📍 35km East of Esperance, WA

Leiper Eves Farming is seeking a permanent, full-time Farmhand to join our family-run mixed cropping and livestock operation, located just 35km east of Esperance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a progressive farming business in one of WA’s most beautiful agricultural regions. We are looking for someone committed to contributing long-term to our operation — not short-term or 88-day work applicants.

🌾 About the Role
You will be involved in a wide range of stock and cropping activities, including:
• General livestock handling and animal husbandry (predominately cattle)
• Seeding, spraying and harvest operations
• Machinery operation and basic maintenance
• Fencing and general farm maintenance
• Day-to-day support across all areas of the farm
The role would suit someone with some prior farming experience, however we are willing to train the right candidate who shows initiative, reliability and a strong work ethic.

• Commitment to long-term employment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• HR/MR licence desirable but not essential
• Relevant farming experience preferred, but not mandatory
