Blu by Adcorp is recruiting 10 deckhands for Southern Bluefin Tuna operations in Port Lincoln. This is permanent work starting November 2026 for 24 months.

The work

• Fish feeding
• Fish processing and packing
• Vessel cleaning and housekeeping
• Net mending and rope work
• High pressure water blasting
• Painting by hand or spray
• Portal hand tool use

Hours and pay

Full-time, 38 hours per week. Pay is $26.44 per hour Level 1 as per the Aquaculture Industry Award 2020. You will work Monday to Sunday with multiple shifts. Ordinary hours are between 5am and 7pm, up to a maximum of 10 hours per day. You need to be flexible with shift times.

• Work well in a team
• Safety conscious and able to follow workplace health and safety policies
• Commitment to shift times, flexibility and punctuality
• Able to stand on unstable surfaces and undertake general duties as advised by your supervisor
• Willing to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and police check

Onsite training is provided with progression opportunities.
