Agri Labour Australia is hiring 100 citrus packers for a major agribusiness in Mundubbera and surrounds. Work starts September 2026.
You will work in the packing shed, packing citrus into cartons. The work is fast-paced and you need to be physically fit. You will check sizing, patterns and quality, and report any problems to your supervisor.
Pay: $33.05 per hour under the Agri Labour Australia Horticulture Agreement 2016 Level 2. Minimum 120 hours of work every 4 weeks. This rate is reviewed annually in line with Fair Work Commission decisions.
Hours: 6 to 9 months of work available. You need to be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
What you need: Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather. Strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of fruit varieties. Willingness to learn safety protocols. Good communication skills.
