Vineyard Supervisor, Margaret River WA

Teams Work Services is looking for a Vineyard Supervisor to manage operations across several vineyards in the Margaret River region.

What you will do:

• Supervise and manage vineyard infrastructure including fences, irrigation, fertiliser systems and water supply
• Plan and oversee daily work schedules and workforce allocation
• Manage planting, cultivation, pruning and harvesting of wine grapes
• Train and supervise seasonal vineyard workers on site
• Ensure workers have the right tools, equipment and personal protective equipment
• Maintain vineyard data and production monitoring
• Oversee safe application of pesticides, herbicides and fertilisers as needed

What you need:

• Certificate III (with at least two years on-the-job training) or Certificate IV in a relevant qualification, OR
• At least 3 years experience as a Vineyard Supervisor
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to train and assess worker competency
• Problem-solving skills and attention to quality and safety

This is a full-time permanent position, 38 hours per week, based in Margaret River. The salary is $70,000–$85,000 per year plus superannuation. Teams Work Services is a South West WA business specialising in vineyard management and machinery services.
