Kinglake Farms Pty Ltd is a large family-run horticulture business growing and packing premium blueberries for supermarkets. They have operations in Kinglake VIC and Rosewood NSW.

They are looking for a full-time Machinery Supervisor.

Your duties will include:

• Supervise the operation, maintenance and repair of farm machinery and equipment
• Coordinate daily machinery schedules to support farming activities
• Oversee the performance and safety of machinery operators
• Monitor machinery performance, diagnose faults and arrange servicing and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, servicing and repair histories
• Work with the farm manager on production records and reports

You will need:

• A relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent, OR 3 years experience as a machinery supervisor
• Previous work as a Farm Mechanic or Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor in agriculture or horticulture is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of agricultural production principles
• Advanced knowledge of farming machinery maintenance
