Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business and market demands
• Manage all production activities to optimize output, quality, and costs
• Oversee farming equipment, infrastructure, and production systems including irrigation and crop protection
• Lead and mentor farm staff, monitor performance, and identify training needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Prepare production records and reports for strategic decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in farming practices

What you need:

• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, or related field
• Proven experience in farm management or senior production role in commercial horticulture
• Experience developing production strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

Full-time, permanent position with immediate start. Salary $85,000 – $93,000.
