Goldfield Honey Australia is looking for experienced Apiarists and Beekeepers for three full-time permanent positions at Vittoria, NSW.

What you will do:

• Plan and coordinate bee breeding and raising, including queen bee rearing
• Inspect hives regularly for disease and pests, and administer treatment and nutrition
• Harvest and process honey, beeswax, propolis, royal jelly, and bee pollen
• Transport and manage hives for crop pollination
• Maintain hives and beekeeping equipment
• Keep detailed records of hive inspections, honey yields, and breeding activity
• Help with budgeting and staff training where needed

What you need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in apiary or beekeeping
• Ability to operate and maintain apiaries
• Skills in hive manipulation, colony splitting, queen breeding, and swarm control
• Experience harvesting, extracting, grading, and packaging honey and hive products
• Knowledge of biosecurity and industry regulations
• Commitment to sustainable and ethical beekeeping practices
