Fruit pickers and packers, Marble Hill SA

Fruit picking, packing and general farm work in Marble Hill, South Australia. This is a casual position for up to 9 months, starting 14 September 2026.

The work includes:

• Picking fruit using bikes, carts or ladders
• Packing fruit to quality standards
• Stacking crates and cartons onto pallets in the coolroom
• Labelling and organising packaging
• Weeding, planting and general crop maintenance
• Using vehicles and equipment like tractors and forklifts where needed
• Keeping workstations and equipment clean
• Following all health and safety rules

You will work day and afternoon shifts. Early morning and mid-afternoon starts depending on your role and experience. You must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift cartons and do repetitive tasks. You may work in hot and cold environments.

Pay is $32.18 to $36.81 per hour under the Horticulture Award 2020, depending on your level. You may progress through the levels based on your performance and availability.

You must have:

• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or full working rights
• Pass a pre-employment medical check and drug and alcohol test
• Two references
• Physical stamina and a strong work ethic
