Redlea Citrus is hiring farm labourers and pickers for ongoing work. You will pick, prune and pack fruit. There may also be general farm work like planting and irrigation.
Most work is paid at $25.74 per hour under award level 1. Some picking tasks may be piecework. You will work an average of 38 hours a week under the Redlea Citrus Enterprise Agreement.
Important: During harvest, hours are long and you may be rostered to work weekends. The exact length of each day depends on weather and fruit quality. This is hard, repetitive work. You must be available for all rostered hours.
Redlea Citrus is only accepting applicants who can commit to at least 6 months. Do not apply if you need a shorter-term position.
