Mango pickers and farm workers, Mataranka NT

KYSHAN PTY LIMITED is hiring 500 workers for mango harvesting in Mataranka, NT. Work starts October 2026 and runs for 9 months.
The work includes:
- Harvesting mangos
- Pruning and maintenance
- General farm labouring
You will work outdoors in all weather conditions. Hours are generally 6am to 7pm, with early morning starts. You may be required to work 6-7 days a week, including weekends and Sundays.
The work is physically demanding. You will carry harvest bags weighing 25kg over uneven ground, climb ladders, and bend and squat for long periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
You must:
- Be physically fit and hardworking
- Be able to work in wet weather
- Pass a medical and drug test
- Have work rights in Australia
Pay is $32.18 per hour under the Horticultural Award 2020, Level 1.
