Flavorite Hydroponic Tomatoes is hiring 2 crop care leading hands in Mansfield. You will report to a Crop Care supervisor and support the management of up to 20 team members working in capsicum crops.

What you will do:

• Undertake all crop care tasks to reach target times
• Conduct and monitor work quality and productivity
• Train and induct new team members
• Support the supervisor with additional duties

All training will be provided. No previous experience is necessary, but you should be able to learn quickly and work with accuracy.

What we need:

• Available for 6-7am starts
• Work Monday to Friday, plus some public holidays and weekends when required
• Able to work individually and in teams

What you get:

• Full-time permanent position
• 38 hours per week plus additional hours available
• Employment under Horticultural Award 2020, level 3
• Four years of work expected to commence October 2026
