• Performing maintenance tasks on land-based mussel farm infrastructure, including rope, floatation drums and loading cotton socking cartridges
• Cleaning and sanitising farm equipment and work areas to maintain hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Maintaining farm facilities and grounds to ensure a safe and productive working environment
• Following biosecurity and health and safety protocols at all times
• Reporting any equipment faults, maintenance issues or safety concerns to senior staff
• Assisting with general farm administration tasks as needed
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
• Experience in farming, aquaculture or similar agricultural environments is handy but not essential
