Our Corindi farm is currently seeking motivated and committed Team Leaders to support our berry harvest operations.

What the listing says

• We’re seeking energetic, hands-on Team Leaders to inspire and guide our picking crews, drive daily operations, and play a vital role in delivering a successful berry harvest.
• Guiding the team throughout the day and coordinating with the farm logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient harvesting
• Taking responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of the crew – safety is a top priority at Costa, and we are seeking leaders who share this value 
• Previous experience leading people (in any field), which is advantageous but not essential
• A driver’s license and access to your own vehicle – please note, Costa does not provide transport or accommodation
• Commitment and availability to work on a roster through to the end of the season
• Full-Training provided for all tasks creating work flexibility and consistency in the work.
• Opportunity to travel – follow the Costa Harvest Trail, work your way around Australia.
