Lead people, planning and production in a hands-on Farm Manager role across our table grape farming operations.

• – Overseeing daily farm operations to support production, quality, safety and business objectives.
• – Managing harvest operations, including workforce planning, rostering, task allocation and productivity tracking.
• – Developing and coordinating growing schedules, irrigation, chemical and fertiliser programs, soil monitoring, pest management and crop health activities.
• – Monitoring crop performance and maintaining quality control standards across all stages of production.
• – Supporting budgets, crop estimates, harvest schedules, inventories and growing budget performance in conjunction with the Commercial Director.
• – Maintaining accurate farm records and ensuring operations meet WHS, food safety, certification, employment and regulatory requirements.
• – Proven experience managing farm operations, ideally within table grapes, vineyards or a similar horticultural environment.
