What the listing says

• Monitor and implement pruning, training, thinning, irrigation, and fertiliser programs.
• Coordinate harvest activities and maintain fruit quality standards.
• Operate and maintain orchard machinery and equipment as required.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist with general property maintenance across the estate, including basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and presentation of accommodation and restaurant facilities.
• Report directly to the Farm Manager/Owner.
• Previous experience in orchard, farming, horticulture or a related outdoor industry.
• Experience supervising staff or leading a small team.
