What the listing says

• Reconcile all dispatch inventory with pick lists to ensure stock is dispatched correctly and on time to meet strict transport schedules,
• Supervise the training and development of all members of the P&D team as required.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role in either the logistics, warehousing, production, FMCG or horticulture industries for a period of at least 12 months,
• Be physically fit as this role can be physical in nature,
• Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable, and
• Experience in the horticulture industry would be preferred but is not an essential criteria. 
• A Monday to Friday work roster (no weekends) as we strongly value a great work/life balance,
