• Ideally located within close proximity to Perth and Bunbury
• House, utilities, work vehicle provided
• Work with the Farm Manager to implement short, medium and long-term cropping plans aligned with production, cost, sustainability and risk-management objectives.
• Liaise with the Farm Manager, agronomists, contractors and other team members regarding seasonal conditions, crop performance, machinery readiness and operational priorities.
• Experience in broadacre cropping
• Understanding of crop agronomy, timing, paddock preparation and seasonal impacts
• Strong focus on safety and compliance
• Relevant qualification plus at least 1 year of experience, or 3 years of relevant experience
• Current driver’s licence
• Any machinery, forklift, or other licences needed for the role
