• Assist the Farm Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising all farm activities, including animal health, nutrition, housing and equipment maintenance
• Monitor and maintain animal welfare and biosecurity standards across the farm
• Oversee the work of farm staff, providing training, support and performance feedback as required
• Analyse production data and provide regular reports to the Farm Manager
• Assist with the maintenance of accurate farm records and documentation
