Dunkeld Pastoral Co. is a family-owned business in Dunkeld, VIC, managing over 27,000 acres in the Southern Grampians, alongside conservation and horticulture programs and the Royal Mail Hotel.

You’ll join a skilled team across sheep and cattle, working with modern farming systems. It’s hands-on, with real chances to build your skills.

**What you’ll do:**

– Livestock handling and animal welfare
– Fencing and general farm maintenance
– Operating tractors, bikes and farm equipment
– Record keeping and supporting daily operations

**What you’ll need:**

– Livestock experience with sheep or cattle
– Basic machinery and fencing skills
– Driver’s licence
– Willing to work with or train working dogs
